5 rooms with double beds which can be split into singles with ensuite bathrooms

All the bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds from Coco Mat, one of the world’s leading specialists in natural bedding, consisting of multiple layers of natural materials providing the best possible comfort without the use of metal springs.
Outside Area
Three terraces around the main house, one for the main dining, one overlooking the mountains and one overlooking the sea. Two additional terraces further away from the house with seating with views of the mountains or over the sea with amazing sunset views.

Getting there
To Kalamata:
Easyjet fly direct from Gatwick to Kalamata. On Tuesdays and Saturdays from April, plus Sundays from May and plus Thursdays from June to October.
Thomas Cook fly direct from Birmingham, Manchester and London to Kalamata, May to October.
British Airways fly direct from Heathrow to Kalamata on Thursdays and Saturdays from April to October.
The house is a 35 minute drive from Kalamata.
Alternatively, you can fly to Athens. The house is a 3 hour car journey from Athens. There is also a good direct 3 hour coach service from Athens to Kalamata.
Car Rental.
There are several car rental companies located at Athens airport and Kalamata airport. Europcar at Kalamata will organise a four-wheel drive car for you at a special rate.
Costs
For Rental of the Ilias estate:
£20,000 per week in May, June, July, August, September and October.
These prices do not include flights, transport, food and drink or a cook. Cook costs 12 euros per hour plus food cost.
Discounts available for bookings of over two weeks.
For Walking, Cycling, History, Painting and Wild Flower holidays – from £2,750 per person for a week.
For a 5-day yoga retreat – £1,700 for a 5-day yoga retreat plus a £300 supplement for single occupancy rooms.
Prices includes food, drink, guiding and local transport but not flights.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday will be required to confirm the booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
